DROWNING IN LIGHT SEAS
Drowning in Light Seas was my first novel. I wrote it as part of a year long university level writing course. I feel very fortunate to have had the benefit of critiquing and mentoring from established New Zealand writers.
The Story
What do you do when your husband has serial affairs and you know he's using you? Leah finds friendship and solace in the virtual world of the internet. As her life disintegrates on the outside she retreats into make believe, leaving her best friend Kate in despair. Leah loses her husband, her job, and aquires a stalker. Then she takes matters into her own hands with dramatic consequences.
